The Association of Volunteer Managers is a professional organization whose mission is to provide education, networking, support, resources and opportunities for professional growth to those in the field of volunteer management.

Our members serve organizations throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

AVM supports its members by providing educational resources and opportunities, helping to develop management skills, providing networking opportunities, working toward improving the understanding and effectiveness of volunteer services at member agencies and in the community at large, and mentoring those members new to the field of volunteer administration or assisting any member in need of support.

Our members encompass a wide range of agencies: museums, social service networks, healthcare providers - all organizations that depend on volunteer support!
