Best Practices Roundtable: January Member Meeting & Workshop

There's no better way to start the new year than reflecting on your organization's volunteer best practices while sharing with and learning from your colleagues!

Our 1st Member Meeting & Workshop of 2019 is a roundtable discussion that focuses on you: everything you do well, and everything you want to enhance. Come prepared to discuss the following questions (and anything else you'd like to share!) in small groups.

1. What recruitment strategies (general or for specific events/populations) do you use? What has worked and what has not worked for you?

2. In working with your organization to manage expectations with volunteers, what are your biggest successes? Biggest challenges?

3. What types of documentation do you have in your organization for volunteers?

4. How do you accurately capture that information?
