Shannon Morgan – Senior Learning Consultant, Direct Supply

Shannon Morgan is a Senior Learning Consultant on the Learning & Talent Development team at Direct Supply in Milwaukee. Direct Supply is the nation’s leading provider of equipment, eCommerce and service solutions to the Senior Living profession. Headquartered in Milwaukee, this innovative, employee-owned company builds success for their customers by providing quality products, unmatched response to customer needs and industry advocacy.

Shannon earned her BBA from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and double-majored in Marketing and Human Resource Management. Her experiences as a learning professional and trained facilitator include the design, development and delivery of programs to all levels within her organization. Her expertise focuses on the areas of sales, interpersonal communication (including constructive feedback and conflict resolution), personal mastery, team building, meeting facilitation, new leader assimilation programs, orientation, technical training and many others.

Shannon is the administrator and lead facilitator of Direct Supply’s Facilitator Network, a group of professionally trained employee facilitators. She has designed and delivered to leaders and teams custom facilitation programs that foster collaboration and goal achievement. Shannon has a special interest in facilitating programs that include professional assessments. She is a certified practitioner of the Myers Briggs (MBTI®) instrument and also has training and a wealth of experience with the StrengthsFinder 2.0 and DiSC® assessments. Shannon is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) and greatly enjoys working with individuals and teams to help them discover their potential and grow personally and professionally.
