The upcoming quarterly AVM membership meeting is dedicated to an increasingly critical and transformative theme within the nonprofit sector: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in Volunteer Engagement. As organizations strive to reflect the communities they serve, understanding and integrating DEI principles into volunteer management practices is not just beneficial; it's essential.
